Anti discrimination policy

As an open community,  HubeX members  are able to share their personal, legal, regulatory and financial information with Service Providers to meet their compliance obligations and achieve their goals. . 

HubeX aims to service a diverse community, of individuals  from different cultures and with different values and norms.

We want everyone to feel welcome and respected when they are using HubeX, regardless of their physical, emotional or financial situation or background. This commitment rests on two foundational principles that apply both to HubeX’s Members and Service Providers: Inclusion and Respect. HubeX will provide additional guidance and adjust this non-discrimination policy to reflect such permissions and requirements. Our goal is to make HubeX a harmonious place to obtain, share, provide and use services.

While we do not believe that one company can mandate harmony among all people, we do believe that the HubeX community can promote empathy and understanding. . We are all committed to do everything we can to help eliminate all forms of unlawful bias, discrimination, and intolerance on our platform. We want to promote a culture within the HubeX community where  Members and Service Providers  just considering whether to use our platform—that goes above and beyond mere compliance.

  • Inclusion – We welcome people of all backgrounds with authentic hospitality and open minds. Joining HubeX as a Member or Service Provider means becoming part of a community of inclusion. Bias, prejudice, racism and hatred have no place on our platform or in our community. While Service Providers are required to follow all applicable laws that prohibit discrimination based on such factors as race, religion, national origin, and others listed below, we commit to do more than comply with the minimum requirements established by law.
  • Respect – We are respectful of each other in our interactions and encounters. HubeX  expects that all Members will abide by the law and engage with each other respectfully to realise the goals or objectives they want to achieve from Service Providers. even when views may not reflect their beliefs or upbringings.
