Earnings
Fees received for jobs provided through Hubex will be populated in the Earnings section.
My Earnings shows all completed jobs, associated payments and the date of payment.
Pending Payments shows jobs that have been completed but not yet paid for.
Once the tax agent has lodged the tax return, the job will be moved to the completed section of My Jobs and the earnings will be populated in the Pending Payment section.
After payment has been processed via Stripe, the earnings will be moved to the Earnings section and will no longer show in Pending Payments.
The agent can download the payment receipt if required from the related job within the Earnings section.
These details can also be exported by selecting the Export button on the right side of the screen.
You can also use filters to narrow your search.
