Creating Jobs
Jobs are created after the business provider accepts the service request from the individual taxpayer.
There are three stages for jobs: Not Started, In progress and Completed.
The service requests received directly from clients will automatically be populated in the Not Started section.
The service requests that have been accepted by the agent will be shown in the In Progress section.
The service requests that have been lodged by the agent with the ATO will be shown in the Completed section.
Getting More Information From My Client About the Tax Return
You can get more information through the Request More details option in the My Jobs > In Progress section.
- A query entered in this section will be sent as an email to the individual user.
- Any information sent back to the business by the individual will be received in the service provider’s mail.
Jobs - Not Started
The service requests received directly from clients will automatically be populated in the Not Started section.
The agent can view the tax return details.
