What Services can My Business Offer?

Currently you may only provide individual tax return services within Hubex.

Once you receive service requests from individual taxpayers, you can accept or reject the requests after assessing the tax return requested.

1. Check the tax returns received from the individual taxpayers.
2. Accept or reject the request.
3. Enable GovReports integration.
4. Send the tax return form to GovReports.
5. Log into your GovReports account and edit the returns from My Lodgments > Saved Reports. The reports will be saved with a status of “Esave”.
6. Edit the form if required and lodge as usual. The status for the corresponding returns will be changed to completed in Hubex.
