Global Services
An individual user can directly pay and submit for services, without being connected to an agent. The request is submitted to Hubex agents who can then communicate with the individual client. The individual can accept or reject engagement requests from tax agents.
- Once the request is made available globally, it can be accepted by any agent.
- Once an agent has accepted the request, they must send an engagement request to the individual.
- If both the parties agree, a job will be created for the business provider in My Jobs >Not Started.
- Once the job is created, the agent will be able to request more information about the tax return from the individual if required by using the Request More Details button in the My jobs > View > Service Details.
Business providers can also send messages to individuals by using the message section within the service details.
